CallMax10 is a web, AI and video studio in Oakland, California. This policy explains what information we collect through callmax10.pages.dev, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Questions: [EMAIL] or [PHONE].

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact form:

• Your name, phone number and, if you add them, your email and business name.
• The service you're interested in and your message.
• Whether you agreed to send the form and whether you agreed to receive text messages, with the date.
• The date of the request and which website it came from.

We do not store your IP address in our database. To stop spam, our server keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your connection address for 10 minutes to count how many requests come from it, and then it's deleted automatically.

How we use it

• To answer your request, set up a call and prepare your free demo.
• To send you text messages about your request, only if you checked that box.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising. We never sell or share your phone number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.

Who helps us handle it

• Cloudflare hosts this website and our form server, stores your request in a database, and runs Turnstile, a spam check that looks at basic browser and device signals to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Resend delivers the email that notifies us of your request.

These providers process the information only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Requests are deleted automatically after 24 months, or sooner if you ask us.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, we'll only text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to get a demo or a quote.

Your rights (California)

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email [EMAIL] with the subject "Privacy request." We'll answer within 45 days and won't treat you differently for asking. We don't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Cookies and local storage

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the few things your browser stores to make the site work.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't meant for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, our form server only accepts requests from our own website, and our API keys are kept on the server, never in the page.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Qué recibimos

Solo lo que escribes en el formulario de contacto:

No guardamos tu dirección IP en nuestra base de datos. Para frenar el spam, nuestro servidor guarda una versión revuelta (hash) de tu conexión durante 10 minutos para contar cuántas solicitudes llegan desde ahí, y después se borra sola.

Para qué la usamos

• Para responder tu solicitud, agendar una llamada y preparar tu demo gratis.
• Para mandarte mensajes de texto sobre tu solicitud, solo si marcaste esa casilla.

No vendemos ni compartimos tu información personal y no la usamos para publicidad. Nunca vendemos ni compartimos tu número ni tu permiso de mensajes de texto con terceros para su publicidad.

Quién nos ayuda a manejarla

• Cloudflare aloja este sitio y nuestro servidor de formularios, guarda tu solicitud en una base de datos y corre Turnstile, una revisión anti-spam que mira señales básicas del navegador y del dispositivo para distinguir personas de bots. Ver la política de privacidad de Cloudflare.
• Resend entrega el correo que nos avisa de tu solicitud.

Estos proveedores usan la información solo para darnos su servicio.

Cuánto tiempo la guardamos

Las solicitudes se borran solas a los 24 meses, o antes si nos lo pides.

Mensajes de texto

Si aceptas recibir textos, solo te escribiremos sobre tu solicitud. Pueden aplicar tarifas de mensajes y datos. Responde STOP en cualquier momento para no recibir más, o HELP para ayuda. Aceptar textos nunca es obligatorio para recibir una demo o una cotización.

Tus derechos (California)

Puedes pedirnos que te digamos qué información tenemos de ti, que la corrijamos o que la borremos. Escribe a [EMAIL] con el asunto "Solicitud de privacidad". Respondemos en un máximo de 45 días y no te trataremos distinto por pedirlo. No vendemos ni compartimos información personal, así que no hay nada de qué darse de baja.

Cookies y almacenamiento local

No usamos cookies de publicidad ni de analítica. En la Política de cookies está lo poco que tu navegador guarda para que el sitio funcione.

Menores

Este sitio es para negocios y no está dirigido a menores de 13 años. No recibimos su información a sabiendas.

Seguridad

El sitio usa HTTPS, nuestro servidor de formularios solo acepta solicitudes de nuestra propia página y nuestras claves se guardan en el servidor, nunca en la página.

Cambios

Si cambiamos esta política, actualizaremos la fecha de arriba.
